We took care of that already. This is obviously a very disturbing story for those of you who were

joining us this morning on the Donna Adelson hearing. It could be a much different tenor today, but thank you for being with us this morning and thank you for coming back now

Just to lay it out very quickly. This is about a former Stoughton, Massachusetts police detective who's now been federally

indicted in the death of Sandra Birchmore.

He is accused Matthew Farwell is of killing her and then staging her apartment to make it appear that she had committed suicide.

He is accused Matthew Farwell, who's now 38 years old of having a relationship, a physical relationship with

Birchmore from the time that she was 15 until 23 killing her sometime after

she told him that she was pregnant with his child

and federal prosecutors they indicted him as I said on Wednesday and in that press conference said that he

killed her to prevent her from revealing their relationship and the alleged crimes tied to it.

Obviously it would not go over well in a police department as he is

finding out now. Our best guest here to discuss this. Agent Scott Duffy

it's usually a pretty relaxed fun Friday with Phil and Scott, but

Phil had a prior commitment and Scott being the the mensch that he is is still here on a Friday

Even though I think he's at his beach house it would probably rather be dipping his toes in that Atlantic Ocean.
