retired NYPD sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

In the Donna Adelson case, it is slowly moving forward with pretrial hearings and yesterday

was no exception.

Donna Adelson was present in court yesterday to go over several motions, several motions that the judge actually raised.

There's a picture of Donna Edelson next to her, is her deceased son-in-law and Markell.

And of course, on the screen with her daughter, Wendy Adelson.

So yesterday she was involved in a hearing.

Another picture of Donna Edelson on the screen with her husband, Harvey Aedelson.

So she was yesterday in courtroom.

And some of the issues that came up were, of course,

the issue of this man, Dan Rashbound,

who you see on the screen, representing Donald Aedlson.

And as you can recall, Daniel Rashbaum was the attorney for Charlie Aedelson, the attorney

who represented him through his trial, a conspiracy to get murder, in which Charles Aedelson periodontist the one of the catalysts

behind this case was convicted and sentenced to life without parole there's a

picture of Charles Aylson on the screen with his former girlfriend, Catherine

Magbanyua.

And one of the things I ask, why would Donna Aedelson want to have represent her the same attorney that represented her son Charles who got convicted

and is in prison for the rest of his life. Why would you, is it that even bad karma? So now you're

going to give him a second bite at the apple representing you. Granted, he knows the case, he's experienced, he knows the family.

How about hiring him then as an advisor to a new attorney that would represent you?
