You've heard of people with nicknames like the Wolf of Wall Street or Tony the

big tuna a Cardo, but you've probably never heard of the Donald Trump of the

art world. If you have, you'll know who my guest is today. It's Stefan Simquiz. I've known Stefan for almost five years and I've watched his career boom in that time, not from tech, investing, or real estate, but from finding undiscovered artists, making them famous,

and himself rich at the same time.

He's received a lot of praise for this and a fair threat of criticism too.

As Hard Review noted about Stefan, if the art world needed it's Howard Stern, it's

Ari Gold, it's Donald Trump, it got Simcoe, a brash publicity-hungry yet highly

intelligent collector advisor dealer.

Personally, when I look at who gives him the criticism,

the snuity art critics of old, it appears

Stefan is doing something right.

But no matter what you think of him,

you'll agree that he's a fascinating person to have a

conversation with and is never afraid of calling things exactly how he sees them.
