My friends, if you are in self-coaching society, we are doing a session this month on this topic

because it's so good and powerful and it's a real manifesting accelerator, my friends, okay? It's so good.

It's called, don't just visualize, normalize. Oh, this is so good. This is the missing piece.

I swear. Are you a visualizer? I'm a visualizer too. It's proven to work.

Athletes do it. Executives do it. It has proof. The research is very clear on this. Mental rehearsals are powerful.

Visualizing is powerful. But there is a difference between practical visualizing and fantasy

visualizing. And the difference is how close it feels. We have to normalize what we want,

not just keep it in fantasy land. We don't just want to

visualize something one day is a faraway dream. We want to live it in our minds like we are

expecting it. Because if your dream feels far away, it stays far away versus seeking proof and evidence that what you

want is possible. Your spirit, your soul needs familiarity. You want what it is that you want to

attract into your life to feel like the next natural step,

not a far away dream. We want to rehearse reality in our minds. So, for example, just say I wanted to move to Hollywood to be an actress.

I don't want to do this, but just say I did.

I could sit in my bed and picture, you know, maybe walking on the red carpet, you know,

next to Tom Cruise at the Oscars and, you know, showing up to a film set and Tom Hanks is there.

And, you know, maybe being in my trailer and, you know, Kate Blanchett's walking by, I don't know,

whatever it is that comes to my mind in a fantasy.

And I could just, you know, relax and just feel like, oh, you know, imagine that as almost like

a daydream versus maybe spending a bit of time researching the backgrounds of actors and

actresses who arrived in Los Angeles with nothing, with no connections, with no hookups, with no experience.
