And what I'm going to touch on here is you guys not taking the easy way out today and understanding

that the easy way out today is much, much harder a year from now, three years from now, five years

from now, 10 years from now and beyond. And I think a lot of people have the big picture confused

because they want to be fancy. They don't want to put in the amount of work required to get a lot of

the things that they want to get in life. They think that they're owed to them or that they can

somehow cheat the system and get them easier up front, but not understanding that it's going to get a

lot harder for them. And what I see most often now is we're kind of finishing up a transformation

program and starting some other ones as we have some amazing rock stars in them, the people who we see who tend to be not successful are the ones who are not willing to put in the hard work today because it's too tough, it's too difficult, they can't make it happen, they don't have enough time or effort or energy or whatever the bullshit excuse is.

But what they fail to understand

is that things are going to get a lot harder for them years down the road because they're not

willing to put in the effort and sacrifice today. That's going to pay off from the fruits of their

labor. You know, we reap what we sow, right? So it's like you guys planting the seeds today

wanting the tree to grow, you know, overnight. That's not how things work.

And to lay down specifics, not starting your side hustle, not, you know, really pursuing your

passion project, not, you know, trying to go for that job that you really want to do that's

going to bring you happiness. That's easy today. It's easy to stay inside your comfort zone and do the same

shit you're used to. Over eating and drinking today, you know, it's super easy to go to every happy hour,

every social event, to order dinner to go through a drive-thru as opposed to planning and prepping

your food, tracking macros, staying with inside the margins if fat loss is the goal and really being
