Good morning, everyone. And welcome back to the Messy masterpiece podcast, which had

in Tori. Happy Friday. Friday is waiting for her to say that as always. We are super

thankful that you're tuned in, especially as we're getting closer to the weekend. And

Tori, I just do want to encourage you that you're doing such a great job tuning in. Yeah.

We are we're almost halfway through the year. Wow. You know what I mean? Shocking. And it

feels like we just started this podcast, you know, where Tori and I got the idea back in December

or actually in November. And then we're like, can we do this, put it all together? And then

it's just flown by. Yeah, it really has. Absolutely flown by. So speaking of flying by,

the times flown by, let's jump into this devotional. Yes, you guys. Let's do it. Today we're

reading out of Jude one verse 10 and it's titled live in victory. It says, but these people

scoff at things they do not understand, like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts

tell them. And so they bring about their own destruction. The love letter from God says,

beloved child, you don't have to fear the enemy because I have conquered him. But although

the world you live in seems to offer you everything you could ever want, you need to remember that

it is still ruled by the enemy who wants to lead you away from me. Even good things can take my place.

Guard your heart because this will affect everything that you do and guide the direction of your

life. If you choose to live in a way that satisfies me, you choose life and peace. In the end,

you will gain everything I have promised you and leave a beautiful legacy of faith. Love your

Heavenly Father. The reflection says, God tells us not to depend on our own understanding

because He understands us all too well. If we live by our feelings and for what we want in the

moment, we will find ourselves living in the mess we've made by failing to follow Jesus.

Don't settle for a life ruled by your desires or every day will feel like an emotional rollercoaster
