Summary

I think I would have been so much more content and joyful if I had just known at the beginning that life for me would not be balanced--but could always be meaningful--if I would just accept the limitations of each day, each season, each child, my marriage and my finances--none totally balanced or perfect--but all a blessing.

It feels like I hear your notes and I receive your notes and I read them and I pray for you and I hear your stories

1:00.0

and they make me giggle and they make me tear up. It depends on what it is I'm hearing. Any old way tonight I just

almost out of gas when I got home and you know we didn't have enough lettuce for salad for everyone

1:34.0

because with this many adults home all of a sudden it feels like I'm just constantly buying food and

1:42.0

then we're out of it and then getting more food and we've just had a crazy week. I had company

1:47.5

over last night it was actually my agent and his wife and my children are going in and out we have six

1:54.9

adults with three cars and one of them is on its last leg and because they all live in big cities for

2:01.5

away from here no one has a car. Nathan and Kelia don't have one in New York and Joel and Joy don't need one in

2:08.1

Scotland and so we are just a hysterical family and I sometimes laugh because people have some kind of an

2:15.5

imagination which I think is very easy to do when you meet someone online to think that our lives are somehow calm

2:23.3

or perfect or controllable. There are times I wonder if you feel like this where I think I wonder if there's

2:31.6

someplace I could move in the world like maybe you move out somewhere on the mountain in the mountains and

2:38.2

sit on the deck and drink cups of hot tea and ponder life and have time for everyone and have time for an

2:45.5

organized life and you know what I mean you have these illusions but anyway I just wanted to read
