0:42.4	Tell us how you got your start in business.
0:45.5	I actually, I didn't get my start in business. I was a theater performance theater education
0:50.7	major. And I moved to Des Moines, Iowa. And I, you know, I always lovingly say I chased a boy and that worked out and we've been married for a while.
0:59.7	But I did what every good person in Des Moines does. I got a job in insurance. And that's where I got my exposure to the corporate world, which wasn't what I grew up with. It came from a union truck driving family. And it was in that space that I started to come really interested in from a union, you know, like a union truck driving family. And, and it was in that
1:11.9	space that I started to become really interested in the dynamic of people who are in positions
1:15.9	of power and those management positions. And not only how do they impact the business, but how
1:20.5	did they impact the people who are driving the business? So that's, that's, that was my start and
1:25.0	my journey. And then the evolution to owning my own company now.
