Tell us how you got your start in business.

I actually, I didn't get my start in business. I was a theater performance theater education

major. And I moved to Des Moines, Iowa. And I, you know, I always lovingly say I chased a boy and that worked out and we've been married for a while.

But I did what every good person in Des Moines does. I got a job in insurance. And that's where I got my exposure to the corporate world, which wasn't what I grew up with. It came from a union truck driving family. And it was in that space that I started to come really interested in from a union, you know, like a union truck driving family. And, and it was in that

space that I started to become really interested in the dynamic of people who are in positions

of power and those management positions. And not only how do they impact the business, but how

did they impact the people who are driving the business? So that's, that's, that was my start and
