Hello friends, Carrie Green here.

You know, as I sat down to get recording started this morning, I felt excited at the

thought that I get to spend this time with you.

And that may sound really weird, because you know I record these far away in a bedroom

somewhere, usually early in the morning in the dark outside, you know.

And it may seem strange that I talk that way about you, but friends, we are part of the

body of Christ.

We are each brothers and sisters in the Kingdom of God.

And it's exciting to me that I can contribute just a tiny little bit from God's word that

will help you to grow in your faith.

Okay, today we are looking at Matthew chapter 7, verses 15 to 20.

And this is our Savior, Jesus, speaking to the crowds and speaking to His disciples.

And this section of Scripture that we're in is known as the Sermon on the Mount.

And it's not like any sermon you've ever heard, it's kind of disconnected.

There's a lot of different topics that Jesus approaches in this sermon, yet the theme

behind it is what it's like to join the movement of the Kingdom of God.

What it's like to live inside that Kingdom and what your role is as you are in that Kingdom.

Now today Jesus gives us a warning and he says, beware of false prophets who come to you

in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
