What's up, you guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. Hope you all had a good week. Thank you all for being so nice to me about my mental breakdown this week. I'm still in it, but they say misery loves company. And it was at least comforting to hear that I'm not happy. Any of you are also going through wobblies right now,

but it sure does feel a little bit better knowing that other people are going through it too

and that we're all in it together. So thank you for that. I think it's just like the end of year.

It's just burnout and exhaustion and just a lot going on. And I feel very bad at my job sometimes. And I really don't

want you guys to be like, no, you're a good influencer or whatever. But I just, I'm sure many

you can relate. Sometimes I'm just like I'm not doing enough. And I feel like I'm behind in my career.

And I alluded to this the other week, but I feel with everyone,

but maybe with my job and certain jobs in particular, it's like you just need more and more hits

to feel okay. Like it's very hard for me not to feel like I'm working on a big project. I just feel like I'm

not achieving enough and it makes me feel bad about myself and that gives me anxiety and then

just spirals into a whole bunch of other shit. But anyway, that's not what this episode is about.

Today's episode is about how not to get bitter because you know what, it is holiday party season.

It is going home to see the family season.
