nice weekend. Hard to generalise, isn't it? Because everybody listening would have been living

in rather potentially different circumstances to spending on, depending on A, their geographical location,

B, their understanding of the regulation specific to their geographical location,

and C, of course, the attention to detail,

or the strength of your observance of the regulations

that you may or may not understand according to your specific geographical

location. But on we go, Wales today, look as if they may move towards the sorts of circuit break

type scenario. We'll be keeping a very close eye on that for you. And Manchester looks set to

receive a significant financial package from the Treasury.

Can I just point out one little thing that's going on my wick slightly at the moment?

Rishi Sunak will not be giving money to Andy Burnham.

The people of Manchester will be getting some of their own money back,

money that they have paid and will pay in years to come in income tax, most obviously,

and you pay your income tax in expectation of some support when you are not in a position

to pay income tax anymore. So this idea that Rishi spends it or Rishi gives it or Rishi Dishi Duda is

unhelpful to say the least. It's also unhelpful. And this is an objective observation that

doesn't lend itself to criticising, well, it may actually. Let's see. Let's make the observation

and see if it does lead us towards criticizing any of the major parties. Here's the thing.

Every local lockdown now comes with the knowledge for the local government that they might be able to apply pressure upon central government to get more.

So this looks to me to be fairly epic mismanagement.
