Happy New Year. Can you believe 2022 is here? I was just telling my husband that I feel like

2021 didn't actually happen. I'm still kind of stuck in 2020. So to think that we're officially in

2022, that's kind of crazy for me. But here we are. And one thing that I've noticed with people

is that they tend to have this mentality about January 1st. It's a time to reset. It's a time to start over.

It's a time to do things in a different way. And we go into the new year with all of these

goals and ambitions and plans. But here's the thing. January 1st is not a magical number. It's not a magical date. It's not

anything special because it's just like the day before. And the only thing that really changes

is our motivation and our choices. And so I want to challenge you when it comes

to the choices that you're going to make this year. January 1st may not have been magical

in any way, shape, or form, but the decisions that you make this year, the habits that you
