Ladies and gentlemen, Don Lemon has been arrested by federal agents.

Now, the reporting today is that actually it was last night while he was covering an award ceremony.

The feds showed up, took him into custody, and good.

He's being charged, according to numerous reports, under the Face Act, which is the Freedom of Access

to Clinical Entrances Act of 1994, which is oh so poetic.

Let me explain.

So first, let's start from the beginning.

Don Lemon was with a group of, I don't want to say protesters because what they're doing

goes beyond protest.

They're violating the rights of

regular old citizens practicing their religion. It's one thing to stand outside and wave

signs, another thing to march through a street, obstruct a roadway temporarily. Those,

one could argue, are First Amendment protected activities. It's another thing to go into a private place of worship

during First Amendment protected activities,

shut them down, screaming in children's faces.

Now, this is where things get, well, let's just call it,

it's a violation of civil rights.

It is a crime.

And it borders on the felony with the Klan Act.

Now, Don Lemon, they were trying not to charge him.

Despite the fact he knew in advance these crimes were about to be committed.

He is clearly ideologically aligned with these individuals.
