Personal life. Well, I live in Nashville, Tennessee with my lovely wife, Tessa, with a little pug named Benny.

I think I spend most of my free time doing trail running, actually. It's where I love to do a lot.

In the past, I did a lot of road marathons, but now I just do personal running the woods.

That's what makes me tick, I guess. I'm not doing podcasting or business stuff. I'm usually in the woods somewhere.
