one player continues to pile up the preseason accolades. We'll tell you who it is and a lot more coming your way.

It's midsummer. The heat is up and we're heating up to getting ready for preseason.

Two weeks from right now, the dolphins will be done their first practice for 2026 training camp.

We're having a great time, as always, with the once-a-week squad show for a few more weeks. First week of the preseason schedule, we go back to our two-show schedule, which is every Wednesday at noon Eastern time. And then, of course, we're live after every single Dolphins game preseason all the way through, through the super... I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding, guys. I mean, you never know, right? You never know. But we are excited about this year, if for no other reason, then to see what this looks like, see some of these guys who could be keepers for the future and then get to next year with all that flexibility when we'll get the true test of John Eric Sullivan. and the new organization, as Kyle said goodbye to Chris Greer on the latest episode of Lockedon Dolphins. Halfley's vision, at least he can see home plate. I have hope, right? Anyone who throws out a decent first pitch, I think they're all right. You know, we got the defensive backs

on the docket today. We're going to check them out and talk about that young group with so much to prove. A lot of talent in that room, though, I mean, let's face it, you're not an NFL player if you can't really play, right? So all the talk about who's great and who's not, I mean,

it's, it's sometimes just a razor thin margin. And a lot of it, like Zia always talks about his scheme and technique. There's some camp battles. We talk about Malik Willis, always in the conversation as QB1. Camp countdown, two weeks for the rookies and three weeks for the vets coming in. Kyle and Z going to break it down for you today. And of course, we go around the NFL, which never disappoints with some of the news that we

kind of gloss over and have a little fun with at the end of the show.

But guys, here we are on a Wednesday again, and we're just inching closer, Z, to

training camp.

I always love your perspective, man.

And, you know, I'm always asking you to these questions because as sports guys and media guys, my whole career, and I hate the word media. I don't like that, but because of what the media has become, if there's even a media anymore. But my point is, so many times throughout my career, you always just assume that, you know, NFL players live to play and you're so lucky to

play this game for money and the rest of us can't do it. So you owe us to feel a certain way. And I always love your perspective, man, because every time I put on my, my sports guy hat and I start to think like that sports guy, when I talk to you about it, you give me the opposite answer. And so if it were me, like I wouldn't be able to sleep.

I might be sleeping in my uniform for two weeks before training camp, like I did in Little League, who knows, man? But for you, it's just, I'm always amazed at the ability that you have had and that you've shown over the years to step away from the game when you're not in the building. And I think that that's always amazing when I think about it. So I guess right now you'd be hunting or fishing, right, with two weeks to go till camp, three weeks for you if you were a vet. No, I mean, maybe a little fishing, but I'd still be working out, you know, doing my workouts. You know, I would spend half a day doing workouts this time of year. You know, I would get up, go get my lifting, get my cardio in, and, you know, then get my stretches in and, you know, come back. And, you know, like I said, we'd be in Florida at this time of year in, you know, no matter where I was, I'd be over in, you know, my place in Naples. And, you know,
