Hey, hey, what's going on? This is breed. I've got a bonus episode or bonus, I guess

0:06.9

bonus content for you today is Wednesday, March 17, 2021. And I just wrapped up a

0:16.2

workshop with Toya Gavin of Lee Lee Bold. And in the workshop, Toya was leading us

0:22.8

through some exercises, shout out to Sherisa, who was there in the room with me,

0:27.6

but she'd let us through some exercises for getting back in alignment with the goals

0:33.3

that we set at the beginning of this year, 2021. And we ended up on the conversation based

0:40.5

on those exercises of, we ended up talking after the session wrap we were talking about just like

0:46.6

making time for, for play, making time for fun. And it really hit me that it made me realize

0:57.8

1:16.1

another task or a chore or something to be accomplished or like we get so strict with

1:24.2

ourselves, like we have to do it perfectly. You know what I mean? And it just kind of sucks

1:28.0

all the fun out of it. Or it's like these things that we want to do for fun. We just we just

1:38.1

abandon them. We allow our our responsibilities to kind of like take over. And the next thing you

1:44.2

know, it's like we haven't had fun in such a long time. We can't remember the last time we just

1:49.3

went and did something super fun. Now for me, I know that we have vacations and if we're lucky,

1:58.6

some of us go on vacation once a year, twice a year, let's say you go maybe three times a year.

2:03.8

And yes, scheduling time for vacation as far as like traveling, going to the beach,

2:10.0

you know, when you go out of town or or those kind of things, those are great. You know what I mean?

2:15.8

That is definitely fun, especially if you have, for example, a girl like a girls trip or things

2:20.2

like that. But how often are you scheduling time to take a whole vacation? You know what I mean?
