In this episode, I’m coming to you from a literal winter tundra with 28 inches of snow, cabin fever, too much time to think, and a heart that feels a little heavier than usual. We chat about what it means to exist in the world right now as a sensitive, empathetic human and why pretending everything’s fine just isn’t my vibe, plus how I’m learning to hold space for both joy and grief at the same time.
