That is another thing that freaking drives me nuts.

When I see business owners that they need to hire someone and instead of hiring someone,

they just give that job to someone that's already there.

They have an admin that does sales, they have a camera guy that also does marketing and etc, etc.

That drives me nuts.

Yeah, I mean I think at the other day people want out of their business so you know here's

what drives it they don't have a passion for what they do.

So it almost attests them to have to do it every single day.

Yeah they try to get other people involved as fast as possible.

Yeah.

And they get the wrong people around them.
