| 0:11.0 | I literally just got off the phone with one of my sons who is expecting his first child, |
| 0:18.0 | he and his wife are expecting baby number one in July. |
| 0:21.6 | And he's been thinking about that a lot. |
| 0:26.6 | And the last few nights has struggled to sleep. |

| 0:34.6 | Sleep is something that is so crucial, so important, and when we don't get it, |
| 0:43.4 | I mean, we all have the occasional, I imagine we do, we all have the occasional restless |
| 0:49.9 | night where sleep feels a little more elusive where it's harder to fall asleep. |
| 0:56.3 | Maybe we wake up a little too early, way too early, have trouble going back to sleep. |

| 1:08.0 | And my step tracker actually gives me a sleep score and I haven't checked it for last night so |
| 1:13.5 | let's do that right now tap that tap that oh okay so it actually felt like a decent night of sleep |
| 1:26.8 | not a perfect night and my step tracker is giving me a decent night of sleep, not a perfect night. |

| 2:05.6 | And for me, seven hours would be a good night of sleep. |
