center right. I'm Mona Charon, syndicated columnists and policy editor of the Bullwork, and I'm joined by our regulars.

Bill Galston of the Brookings Institution in the Wall Street Journal, Damon Linker, who writes

So Greg, lovely to have you. Thanks so much for joining us. We will

begin with Trump's various encounters with the case case

because we've had a number of developments this week.

First of all, the case that pretty much everyone agrees

is the most consequential, the most slam dunk, namely the classified documents case from

out of Florida has been postponed indefinitely.

So that case is absolutely any doubts that anybody might have had

as to whether that case would ever come to trial before November are now settled.

It will not.

And it was the most compelling case against him.

So there's that and then there are developments in the New York trial. So I'd like to begin with Greg. Let's talk a little bit about Eileen Cannon and the Documents case.
