What is it? I did an exposure in the kitchen, which in therapy terms, it's where you trigger

your compulsion and then don't give into it. Uh-huh. And you're usually not supposed to do

a therapist, but I realized it when I was with Anna and we were picking straws for our coffee. Yes. I always pick yellow or green. They're like, yeah, these little neon colors. Uh-huh. Because the yellow signifies happy and I believe that if I pick that color, it'll make me happy, but green signifies luck. So if I pick that color, I believe it'll make me lucky. The other color I would pick if we had, it would be blue because I believe that makes you calm and would rid me of my

anxiety. Never orange? No. Oh no. Depending on what I need that day, that's what color I would pick.

But today, I was like, that is such a fun color looking at the pink. And I chose the pink. Good for you.

And what does pink mean?

Pink just anxiety.

Any other color?

This also follows into when I'm eating like a meal.
