motivated to train even at her age? Because someone was saying they were like in their 40s and they

really struggle with it. And you're what 61 now? 61. Going on 62. Going on 62. How do you stay

motivated to work out? Like do you ever struggle with that? I mean, what age did you really start

strength training at? You know, it's interesting. I mean, I've been in the gym for a long time.

Like most everybody else started in a class going to classes. And back in the gosh, I was probably

early 90s maybe where they were all high intensity, jump around, a lot of whoop whoop and whatever.

And then you do. Step classes. Waits at the end, you know, kind of thing. But the cool part about
