A couple of interesting topics. And obviously you guys can tell by the title of the show, we're going to start this out by talking about if Notre Dame has a championship caliber roster. Now, we're going to give somewhat of a criteria of what we believe to be a championship caliber roster.

They kind of talk about where Notre Dame meets in some of those areas and then some of the areas where we still have a few question marks.

And then we're going to broaden the scope a little bit in the next part of the show.

And we're going to talk about the top 10. We are going to rank the top 10 rosters in college football this year, which will be another

really fun discussion. We're talking about it through the scope of what our criteria is for

being a championship caliber roster. It'll be a really fun discussion. Then we're going to take

everything home today with a quick daily mailbag. So if you guys have questions coming in throughout

But Brian, this is a really interesting conversation because we've talked a lot about the individual pieces of Notre Dame's roster. We've broken down quarterback room and tight ends and O line and D line and secondary.

But when you put it all together, this is a pretty darn good roster.

Yeah, and I think the question stems from, I don't think, because we came up with it,

but the question stems from, you know, conversations that touch on several levels, right?

have one of the best rosters in college football. And there's these extremes of like, okay, well, you know, I'm worried about this. I'm concerned about this. This is a question. That's a question. This is an unknown. That's an unknown. You know, Mr. Show Me over here is always looking at that, which we love.

And then there's also the conversation of like,

okay, the other extreme is,

how would Notre Dame if they reach their potential fair against like 19 LSU and 01 Miami kind

of thing, right?

So like there's these two extremes.

And then the question is, okay, so just because they have maybe the best roster in 2026 or one of the best

rosters in 2026 does that mean that their roster is elite or is it more a byproduct of it

being a down year in college football which we talked about last year I don't know that there

was an elite team last year obviously Indiana was the team. And I was talking to buddy last night.
