longtime follower. I feel like I've known you for forever. And so when you actually signed up for

the Get Over Your X program, I was just elated with so much joy and so much excitement because

Well, hey, everyone. I'm Kara. And I wish you could see you guys could see me smiling from ear to ear right now.

Because, yeah, I was a longtime follower of Dorothy's podcast. And only just in the last three months got the courage to sign up. So where am I from?

Yeah. Tell us where you're from. So I live, I was born and raised in North Vancouver, Canada.

I'm a Canadian. Ooh. Yay, Canada. Yeah. And yeah, I just spent the last three years. I love traveling,

as Dorothy knows, and I spent the last three years in New Zealand, Wellington, New Zealand,

to be exact. And yeah, and I love music. I love art, dancing, anything creative, anything travel.
