1498, aka Chell, or Chell, I'm gonna call her Chell.

There's an unused voice line of Glados,

actually saying her name,

and that's the way she pronounces it,

as far as how you pronounce Glados,

Gladys, apparently is a viable option.

It's at least in the Wikipedia page.
