There are some social media comments about members of the Bert show that we can digest and take.

And then there are others.

We got to dig in, put our foot down, and respond to.

That's where Abby is today.

Yeah, I need to clear up some scandalous falsehoods that have been spread about me in the

comment section of our Facebook and

Instagram videos. So I typically steer clear of the comments section. I know that

that's not a helpful thing for me to ingest opinions about myself because whether it's

a good opinion or a bad opinion it's either going to inflate my ego or it's going to make me want

to never get out of bed again.

I'm so protective of myself now when it comes to comments and I've told you

guys before I'm now calling it pain shopping for us you look at those comments

someone's gonna say something you know it's gonna hurt you right I am so

protective of it not only do I not go to any of those, but if somebody

hits me with a message saying that somebody said something bad, I blocked that person also.

Really?

I am so protective of my soul now.

They say you're thin-skinned if you do that.

I think that's hilarious.

If you want to protect your peace, they'll say that you're a thin-skinned person.

No, you just want to protect your peace.
