First of all, I want to apologize for what Tom said. It's been a lot of week. So we're attacking accuracy now. Okay. Fair. Yeah. That was the intro to last week's episode. So I got to keep it fresh.

So this week, I think we wanted to talk a little bit about working out and male body

image kind of stuff, just generally kind of that sort of stuff. And I want to start this off

as somebody who, you know, spends a fair amount of his time working out and like has placed that

as a value. And I'm watching my boys, Donovan and Finn particularly, really both move into a deep

interest in working out and physical fitness and then watching

both of them in very different ways grapple with their body issues and how those sort of like

ridiculously unrealistic standards of what the sort of ideal masculine form or shape is and how

they're sort of intersecting with that.

And also one of the things in this conversation I do want to make sure we get to is like,

who is that body image for, that hyper masculine body image that I think is like prevalent

in culture. I also want to talk about not just where it comes from, but like who that is meant to
