In Gaza, doctors at the largest hospital there, Al-Shifa say many patients, including

premature babies, are at risk of dying, not because of disease but because of a lack of power.

One doctor described the scene as a war zone.

His colleague, Al-Shifa's senior surgeon, Marwan Ab Abu-Sada told the BBC it was becoming impossible to operate.
