1:22.0 | it doesn't work I wish these tests did work because then we would use them all the time |
1:26.3 | and actually. So really what it goes down to is a food and symptom diary and |
1:32.4 | going through that food diary for a five to seven day period, |
1:36.0 | what are the foods you're eating and what are your symptoms like can be really, really informative. |
1:40.0 | And that starts to give us clues towards dietary intolerances which in most cases are |
