Today on the exam room. Let's talk about the big time happy foods. What would be at the top of your list Dr. Barnard?

It's a little hard to rate them on because they're vying for the top of the list.

But I'm going to say that the antioxidant-rich foods,

the berries which are loaded with anthocyanin,

you've heard me talk about that for weight loss.

Probably because they boost the metabolism and mood goes right along with it.
