1:10.5	This week, someone anonymously leaked the draft majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson
1:16.9	Women's Health Organization, the case that brought a challenge to Roe v. Wade. The opinion
1:24.9	is written by Samuel Alito and as written, it would overturn Roe and Planned Parenthood v.
1:33.2	Kasey. It's a leaked draft, so it's not final or binding. Nor do we have any drafts
1:40.2	of the concurrences or dissents. And at the time of the recording, we do not know who
1:46.6	leaked it. We know almost for certain that the decision is currently 5-4. Roberts has
1:55.2	not joined the majority. And some reporting has claimed that Roberts is trying to carve
2:01.4	out a sort of third way where he severely limits Roe and Kasey upholds the law in question
2:08.2	in Mississippi, but does not strike Roe and Kasey down in full.
2:13.1	Yeah. And we should say the law in question in Mississippi is a 15 week ban on abortions.
