One of the stories that hasn't gotten a lot of ink is how poorly the Republicans are doing on fundraising for congressional candidates.

The political environment is awful and I think this is one of the things dragging markets down.

When people say the market's bottoming out, to me that implies we'll have a big cyclical

rebound and that I don't see.
