One of the things I tell the ladies all the time is most of ministry happens in between the meetings.

And so what I mean by that is you give a Christ-centered wonderful biblical message up front. But after it's over, the people that

you talk to, those phone calls that you get, that's shepherding. I mean, and the message that your own

life gives is so much more than the 30 minutes

that you're speaking up front.
