Do you ever see reps letting their ego get in the way of their income?

I do. I think sometimes we kind of get in our own way and we sort of limit our success in sales I mean the ego side is probably a little bit of a double-edged sword because you have to have some ego you have to have that confidence in a variety of ways in sales but there's also where it can kind of get in your own way and you don't want to let it turn into something like you know being a narcissist and then really holding you back and burning bridges along the way.
