Three minutes after ten is the time. Very good morning indeed to you. I hope you had a happy and safe weekend with this sense of something coming to an end.

It's hard to know precisely what is coming to an end or what is going to come next. But there is

a sort of sense of punctuation in the air, isn't there? Well, I think there is anyway. I'm back in the

studio today, for example. For how long I have not yet decided, but it seems an opportune moment

to start at least creeping back towards a semblance of normality.

And that, of course, prefaces me telling you that some really interesting polling done by UGov finds that only 6% of the British public want things to go back to how they were before the coronavirus crisis.

I don't know exactly what that means,

but I may later in the programme ask you,

what does that mean?

I'll look at some of the detail of it,

but what are you most looking forward to not return,

or what are you most hoping won't return to normal?

I think I'm going to go a bit meta today. I'll level with you. When the

program is coming live from my shed, then I don't have the usual technology in front of me that I

have today. I feel a little bit like Neil Armstrong, getting back into Apollo today. I mean, it is,

it is fantastic. I've got my team with me. There's

buzz over there and all the other ones whose names no one can ever remember. They're all on board

as well. But what it means is that I've been indulging myself a little because I haven't had the

switchboard in front of me. So as long as I have on the screen in front of me, the knowledge that

there is somebody to speak to,

I've been freed from the tyranny of the switchboard, as it were, whereas normally by quarter past
