In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about snacking out of boredom. Snacking out of boredom is an ultimate killer because it is going to completely block the Keto plan. He also talks about tips on how to avoid snacking.   


Tips on How to Avoid Snacking:  

1. Get Rid of all the Junk (House) 

2. Realizing that as soon as you give in to a snack, the blood sugars going to drop and cause hunger  

3. Ask If you are really hungry (If you are not hungry, don’t eat) 

4. Track Time – Plan out your day, fill it up (Super Productive) 

5. Increase B Vitamins (Nutritional Yeast) 

6. For late-night grazer – make sure that the last meal is loaded up with enough fat and greens
