I'm great. How are you? Doing great. Well, just for all the listeners, we wanted to bring Rebecca on for this special episode because she is going to talk about one of the designations out there

that is not as well known as the CFP is, but it's also a very important one. And we wanted to bring

important for people to understand. So, Rebecca, maybe you can tell us a little bit about your background and

what you're doing right now. Back in the day, I actually started out in the music performance field.

I was always really interested in social services of some kind, but never, ever imagined that my life would

have anything to do with money or finances. And so as things sort of progressed, I got my

background, of course, my degree is in music, but I did a lot of work and internships in

the arts administration side of things in education and outreach. And so that sort of

parlayed into program management within AFCPE through other you meet people along the way and one

thing leads to another. And so I ended up at AFCPE really to lead our grant funded programs from

FINRA Foundation. I had been doing really similar work,

but of course from the arts perspective and music perspective. And so I didn't really have

that technical knowledge. And so through my time at AFCPE, I eventually went back and got my

master's in family financial planning and ultimately my MBA and then just held different positions

within AFCPE related to our certification programs. But for a long time, I led the military

spouse fellowship through FINRA Foundation. And then that led to other programs that we offer for

education and outreach within financial education. And then ultimately, I stepped into

this role as an executive director about eight years ago now. So I've been with the organization
