Did you know that your standards quietly decide your life? And really, there are no exceptions to this in any life area. What you tolerate repeats. Now, it's easier to look at this in the context of

I went to a beautician's appointment recently and she was complaining about the building saying

how they're not maintaining it. They're not maintaining fresh plants, etc, etc. And I was like, if you haven't complained, if you haven't told the manager of the building, they're not going to fix anything. You need to say to them, first of all, these are things that need to be fixed. And if they don't do it within a week, you need to say, do we need to talk about a temporary rent reduction until you fix these things? I do my part.
