0:58.5	I like that song because I have never heard a sonic representation that really captures the experience of having ADHD the way that song does.
0:59.6	I do not know if that was the intention of the knife when they made that song, but that's

1:05.3	And I thought I would share it with you today.
1:07.0	Because that is our topic is adult ADHD to consider whether or not you might have it
1:15.6	or someone that you are trying to have a relationship with might have it just some some things to be
1:23.4	aware of clues that might help you figure out if you if you are someone you love has it or not,
1:28.9	and then, of course, most importantly, what to do if you suspect that you may.
1:35.0	So that's our topic today.
1:36.5	But first of all, let me start all of this by introducing myself, particularly if this is your first time listening to the
1:45.9	love, happiness, and success podcast. You might not know me yet. So I am Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby.
1:54.2	My background is kind of threefold. I'm trained as a marriage and family therapist, also as a psychologist. So I did a
2:03.6	master's degree in counseling, which trained me as a marriage and family therapist. And then I did a
2:07.4	PhD in counseling, which trained me as a psychologist. And then after all that, I became a board
2:13.0	certified life coach, just to have a more direct way of being able to help people who are ready for
2:19.7	that sort of thing. And I am the founder and clinical director of growing self-counseling and
2:26.6	coaching, which is in Denver, Colorado. And it's a counseling and coaching practice. I like to tell people
2:33.7	that we specialize in helping our clients create love, happiness, and success.
2:40.0	And at this point, you know, we're physically based in Denver, but I kind of feel like we are counselors and coaches to the world because we work with a lot of people online at this point through Skype, through
2:51.7	FaceTime.
