I want us to think about things deeply.

And today I'm having a conversation with you about the China 100 year plan.

But I'm really having a conversation about your 100 year plan because to plan out 100 years

is a powerful exercise. I have done it. It is not as easy as it sounds to imagine a world when you won't be in it, but to plan

out your life in such a way so that you will be in it, even if you're not here physically,

is something that I think we all should take up.

In this conversation, I'm looking at it a little bit more geopolitically, but it's still,

I think, some nuggets that you can share,

that you can take away and share with other people. And I hope you do that when you listen to

this podcast, that you share it with as many people as you know that will be blessed by listening

to it. So up next, China's 100-year plan. Stay tuned.

There's been a lot of conversation about Chinese's emergence as a superpower over the last

couple of decades, and most recently because of the tariff war that seems to be going on.

I even did a podcast on leadership, and I juxtaposed China's leader Xi Jinping versus Donald Trump. And I thought it was really powerful.

As an American, you know, it's important that we, of course, praise ourselves and we, you know,

allowed our leadership and our power and our might, but we have to be realistic because

nations are powerful until they aren't. People are powerful until they aren't. And usually

there's something that precedes the loss of power. There's usually a precursor or a foreshadowing

of how that power will be lost. And people usually fail because they don't pay attention to history.
