And I want to talk about this, basically, we tried to record an episode last week, and I was triggered

by a sentence that my friend said. It actually put me in such a bad mood, and the

petite mind of the sentence was absolutely kind, it had nothing to do with me.

I was so triggered by said sentence that I actually had a full bowl of meltdown

decided I wasn't mentally stable enough to do the podcast, and just kind of laid in bed crying

for the rest of the day, but it was actually probably healing.

And yesterday I had fever. Right, you had your own.
