I thought up of exercise snacking as a way to have people break their exercise into smaller bite size bits that they might actually be able to accomplish.

Well, I read your book and I love that the name that you coined exercise snacking because it kind of is a really good entry point for people to kind of break it down the brains as a way to begin.

We're sedentary for so long and then we do this long 45 minute or an hour workout and then we're sitting again.
