The schedule for the whole NHL really actually released back near the draft, but obviously we were a little busy with things like the draft and free agency at the time.

So now that we're into offseason proper, I figured it was a good time to take a look at

the schedule, go over some of the things on it.

And, you know, the Ave's general concept.

We've talked a lot about time management or time on ice management for Colorado and fatigue

management across entire seasons, especially when it comes to

things like goaltenders. Before we get into some of the actual specifics, just based purely on

vibes, do you think the abs got a good schedule this year? In looking at the back-to-back,

specifically for this show, I was seeing 10 as the number for a lot of teams across the board, so the abs coming in at 12 doesn't seem completely favorable.

And some of the teams that they're seeing on the second leg of the back-to-back more than once, I think makes it an ultimately kind of challenging schedule and their January is crazy.

January is.

But I do think getting some of these tests in before the Four Nations face off Christmas

break timeframe is better for them.

So they can have a really strong back half of the season. And hopefully

there aren't any moments where they need to shake off a little bit of rust that, you know,

I look at the Devon Taves Chicago Blackhawks game where he made those comments. And that was in

December time frame. So I kind of would like to see them get these sort of things figured out

before that jam-packed January and just have a

strong back half of the year and I feel really good about the season ahead.

What I like the most, I'm going to say, is there October. And I'll tell you why. I like the first
