Brother Sanchez, I have a question relating to the discipline of prayer.

It seems as we age, our concentration span shortens and the mind wanders.

At least that's the case with me.

The same holds true in my prayer life.

And it seems when it comes to private prayer, it's become a duty rather than a blessing.

How can I reverse that trend, at least change all that?
