I think so I'll give you guys some advice because I've been hiring a lot of people we've hired a lot of people over the last two years and like especially the last three months we've hired like 10 people or something like that.

So this is what I've learned.

Interview process, super important.

Yeah.

We only, we don't hire on potential.

You have to have sales experience.

If we're hiring for marketing, you have to have marketing experience.

I don't care if you're cool.

I don't care if you're cute.

I don't care if you're a Christian, unfortunately, like I don't care if you're a Christian unfortunately like I don't care about nothing besides

experience and work ethic if you don't have those two unfortunately you can have the best smile, I'm not going to hire you.

I don't want it.

Second thing, anyone that comes in, they have two weeks to prove to me that they should be here.

Two weeks.

Two weeks.

That's it.

Not two months, two weeks.

So let me ask you if I like, what's the standard?

Like, what do you want to see in two weeks?

I want them to impress me. I want to see like ooh they're good. I have to say that to myself

like oh this person's good they know their shit. They're like, they're better than me at whatever I hired them at.

I don't want to hire a marketing person and teach them how to do marketing.
