So supplements are something that I think a lot of people are skeptical toward.

So why does our body need supplements or does our body need supplements in

addition to the food that we already eat? No, that's good. And I can see why a lot of people are

feeling that way. And to be honest, I felt that way myself. So before Dutera, I had a different

career. And so what I did is I went to like one of those big stores that you can buy things in bulk.

And I actually brought the supplements and I put them on my desk because I felt like if I had

them on my desk, I could, you know, remind myself to take them more often.

And I had a coworker who would show me articles about the pros and cons of these different
