| 1:34.8 | most likely just fine. However, if you're running a marathon on a hot and humid day, |

| 1:44.4 | salty sweater. So let's talk about electrolyte. There are several that our body |
| 1:49.2 | needs to function, but the ones that are most important for hydration and fluid balance are sodium, potassium, |
