hitting on, because it's so essential to

overcome any sort of anxiety, we ultimately must confront that anxiety and face it, right?

That goes back to exposure therapy, but that goes back to as long as humans have been around,

because when there's something that scares you, if you confront it, you will grow, you will get

stronger, you will learn things, and if you confront it, you will grow, you will get stronger,

you will learn things. And if you avoid it, I don't know if you just get weaker or it gets stronger.

Maybe it's both. And so it becomes harder and harder to go do those things that you know you want

to do to create a better life, whether it's speaking up or challenging someone or saying no or

breaking up or anything that you need to do to live more of your life on your terms authentically with confidence.

If you don't face those edges of discomfort of what scares you, it will never happen.
