Technology is creeping into everyone's lives these days, and so I was interested to talk to Aaron and Greg about how technology is being used on the mountain bike trail today.

So we're going to go through a number of things from music to cameras to GPS units.

And I'm going to start off with talking about music.

Do you guys ride with music or headphones when you're on the trail?

It's been years since I've done that, honestly.

But the one time I've really enjoyed using music on the trail is like if I'm doing

like ultra endurance training, like talking five plus hour rides, especially on terrain I know

and I'm not riding with anybody else, then maybe I'll use some music.

But I love getting out on the trail and just like, you know, tuning into the sounds of nature

around me and then getting time to like mentally process like my week or what's going on at work

or, you know, in family life while I'm out on the bike, like some of my best thinking time.
