So we figured we talked about the hard things facing the avalanche because those are the Monday vibes. Are they not? Are there any hard things facing the avalanche in the middle of, I guess it's still July. I mean, when I was talking about, like, big obstacles that are coming.

They need to sign Ross Colton. Yeah. I guess that's a real. All right, yes. This is actually where I wanted to start, first of all, because apparently Ross Colton's going to wear number 20. Yeah. Neat. Does anyone care? I

I know there's

I know there's people

that don't like

the race car numbers

but I do like a good unique number.

Now what I will say is I have been laughing because there's a bunch of people that are like,

oh, why are these guys all changing to these like super boring numbers that used to, you know,

like 44 and 79? Those are typically numbers that are assigned to players yeah not a lot you don't see a

lot of like 79 skating around in youth hockey by choice uh yeah typically anywhere from like

the mid 40s to the low 80s.

Those are typically like camp numbers that are given to players and they'll change once

they've earned enough, uh, you know.

Or you'll see them go, oh, it's just my number now.

Right, right, right.

Yeah, seniority and stuff like that.

Like Trevor Zegris going from whatever it was like, what was he,

64 or something like that to 19. It's like, yes, that makes a lot of sense. So as, as lame as it is,

sometimes see players go from like the big race car numbers down to 20, a number that's been worn by a thousand abs players. Actually, it's not that prolific, which I'll show you guys in a second.

But I don't think I've ever asked either of the favorite numbers.

My number is 17.
